Terms of Use & Reservation Policy

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site and refrain from making reservations.

• Permitted Use: You may use this Site solely to view information about our hotel, check availability, and make legitimate reservations. • Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to use the Site for any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations. Speculative booking, automated scraping, or tampering with the infrastructure of this Site is strictly prohibited. • Intellectual Property: All content, logos, images, text, and software on this Site are the property of the Hotel or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

A. Authorization "By providing your credit card, you authorize Vrnjačko Vrelo Resort to charge or pre-authorize the card for the full amount of your stay (room and taxes)." B. Hotel Incidental Hold (Pre-Authorization) A valid credit card is required at the time of check-in. Upon check-in, the hotel will place a temporary hold on your credit card for an incidental deposit of $50.00 to $100.00 per night to cover potential charges (such as room service, parking, or marketplace purchases). • Debit Cards: If you use a debit card, this hold will immediately withdraw funds from your checking account. • Release Time: Unused hold funds will be released by the hotel upon check-out. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3 to 10 business days (and up to 30 days for international banks) for the released funds to reflect back in your available balance. The hotel is not responsible for any overdraft or bank fees resulting from these holds. C. Cancellation and No-Show Policy • All reservations are charged upfront at the time of booking. • Cancelable reservations up to 7 days before. Reservations must be cancelled by 22:00 local hotel time at least 7 (seven) days before arrival date to avoid cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled within 7 (seven) days of arrival, you'll be charged the cost of the TWO nights room and tax or total cost of reservation, whichever is less. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee and the remainder of your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Remaining balance of your reservation will be refunded to your credit card. • For non-cancelable or advance purchase bookings, the full amount of room and tax will be charged to your credit card immediately upon reservation confirmation. Note that if canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued. • Special event dates, group bookings, and promotional rates may have stricter cancellation policies. Please review your specific rate rules before finalizing your reservation. D. Check-In and Check-Out • Check-In Time: Standard check-in begins at 15:00 local time. • Age Requirement: The primary guest registered to the room must be at least 18 years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching credit card upon check-in. • Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00h local time. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. E. Incidental and Damage Liability "You are personally liable for any and all charges posted to your room. This includes, but is not limited to, room service, restaurant or any other purchases, parking, resort fees, and damages to the property or missing items. The credit card on file will be charged for any such fees without further notice upon or after checkout." F. Foreign Currency & Processing Fees All reservations are processed in the hotel's local currency (RSD). The hotel is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, currency conversion discrepancies, or processing fees levied by your credit card issuer or bank. By confirming this reservation, you acknowledge that you are the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission from the cardholder, and you agree to the charging and pre-authorization terms outlined above.

Payment for reservations on our website may be made with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and DinaCard payment cards that support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure doo and UniCredit Bank Serbia a.d. via the AllSecure Payment Gateway in a secure and certified manner by entering your card details. After card details are entered and payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction and the full reservation amount is charged immediately (SMS/debit transaction). Upon successful payment the reservation is confirmed. Please check with the bank that issued your card whether it supports online payments.

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in encrypted form using the SSL protocol, with modern tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no point are payment card details available to the merchant (Vrnjačko Vrelo Resort). 3D Secure protection — The AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards for data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically enrolled in 3D-Secure protection (VISA Secure / MasterCard ID Check), guaranteeing purchase security for customers. Card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system and entry is protected by SSL encryption. PCI DSS Standards — The AllSecure Payment Gateway is certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest standard in the industry.

In the event of a full or partial refund to a guest who previously paid by payment card, regardless of the reason, the refund will be made exclusively to the same VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or DinaCard used for the original payment. This means that our bank will, at our request, credit the refund to the cardholder's account, in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in these Terms.

Please note that all payments will be effected in the Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). If the payment is done using foreign issuers' payment cards, the total amount of the transaction will be converted into the bank settlement currency according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. Once the transaction is settled, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

• Smoking Policy: Vrnjačko Vrelo Resort is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are always welcome in compliance with local laws. • Guest Conduct: We reserve the right to eject or refuse service to any guest who behaves in a disruptive, dangerous, or illegal manner, without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrnjačko Vrelo Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this Site or any errors/omissions in the pricing or availability listed on the Site. In the event of a confirmed pricing error, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer a full refund.

Your use of the Site and the submission of personal data during the reservation process is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
